International Children Film Festival Organization

The international children film festival of Balangir 2015 will be staged from 15th to 17th May, 2015 at Law College, Balangir premises. On each day at least three films of various languages will be shown. On each day of the programme a seminar will be conducted. At many children or possible as well as general public will be invited to the programme. A souvenier will be published containing messages of eminent personalities and articles.
